Spensa Nightshade is a cadet at the DDF Flight School on Detritus. Her father was Zeen Nightshade. She is the main character of Skyward.
Appearance and Personality
Seventeen years old with brown hair and purple eyes and is 151 centimeters(4.954 feet) tall. At the beginning of the novel, Spensa would lash out at people who threaten her, using a wide and somewhat graphic vocabulary to insult or attack them, before realizing how stupid she sounds.
History
Spensa lived in the Glorious Rises of Industry with her mother and [[Becca Nightshade|grandma], whom she referred to as Gran-Gran.
