Fob is a Hallandren landowner, which means that he clears forests and then rents the land to growers. He is small and thin, with a cautious personality.

Denth contacts him in an effort to convince him to harvest his lands early, before war broke out. They use Vivenna's presence as proof that war would indeed come. This is a part of their plans to disrupt matters in T'Telir. [1]
