The Oot's Dream is a boat that travelled the twelve seas on Lumar. It was a vessel used by smugglers pretending to be a merchants that forged writs from the king to avoid paying taxes.[1]

History[edit]

Tress snuck aboard the Oot's Dream while imitating the Royal Inspector, and consequently spooked the crew and captain, who believed she was onto them and so poisoned her so they could capture her.[4] She awoke and met Huck the rat who was also held captive. Soon after, the ship sank after being attacked by the Crow's Song, which used cannonballs with sabotaged timers, designed to sink instead of incapacitating the ship. Tress and Huck were the only survivors.[3][5] Although the Captain of the Crow's Song left another man alive on a lifeboat, he died before he could fulfill Captain Crow’s plan of making known which ship sank the Oot's Dream.[5]
