Teor is a young Elantrian boy, under the care of Matisse.[1]
Teor and Tiil practice drawing aons most days under the instruction of Matisse. Teor lives along with fifty or so other children in a building called the Roost. He and Tiil help calm the children down when Elantris is attacked by Fjordell soldiers.[1]
