He is an especially skilled brewer. He crafts some of the finest ale in the region of the Emerald Sea and it is known as one of the top exports of Diggen's Point.[1]

History

Brick was the owner of Brick's Tavern, where he brewed some of the finest ale in the region of the Emerald Sea. His ale was so renowned, that sailors and merchants would make specific trips or stop to get it. He would regularly employ Rod on the weekends to assist in the brewing of his ale, and he also employed his cousin, who helped him keep watch over the tavern, when the crowd would get rough[1][2]

Through the method of Lem cashing in silent favors, Brick demanded to assist Tress in her attempt to escape Diggen's Point and go search for and rescue Charlie. He did this by providing a sixth keg alongside five other barrels of ale, which contained Gret, Sor's daughter, and feathers.[1]
