The Skaze were 'evil Seons and were related to Skai. They had a large amount of influence in the politics of Fjordell and they strongly influenced the Dhakor. Dilaf received information from the Skaze that the Elantrians were not indestructible.
Speculation
It has been speculated that the Skaze might be Splinters of Dominion.
