An Oculator is someone that can activate and control a Lens.[1]
Oculatory powers are primarily hereditary. The Smedry family is one of the most renowned groups of Oculators. There are two exceptions to this hereditary limitation. Warrior's Lenses and Blood-Forged Lenses. These two types can be used by anyone.
