Charlington, or Chuck, is a student at Armedius Academy. Although he has been a classmate of Joel Saxon's for three years, he often forgets Joel's name. He has a reputation for only paying attention to girls.[1]
Charlie was angry that he couldn't take his history final early due to the disappearance of Lilly Whiting, as he wanted to go join his family in Europe. After explaining the situation to Joel, he was unmollified by Joel's attempt to placate him and moved off to complain to a different group of students instead.[1]
