Old Barkley is a groundskeeper at Armedius Academy.
Melody and Joel passed him one evening while he was rewinding the springwork lanterns in order to turn them on.[1] He is assisted by springwork crabs which can clip grass and presumably worked with Joseph, another groundskeeper.[2][3]
