Hextilda McTavish is the chef of the kitchen at Armedius Academy in Jamestown on New Britannia.[1]
She is of Scottish descent, who had been driven out from their homeland four generations previous. During the period of the Scribbler's attacks she gained a traveller's permit to finally visit her homeland.[1]
