Revision as of 04:25, 12 January 2021

Born on October 5, 2018 when I came up with the perfect name.

I read through most of the new changes and try to make contributions to the wiki everyday. Sometimes writes long articles but have much to learn there.

May drift away for a while between books.

I first found Brandon with the Mistborn series, and joined here after finish reading Words of Radiance. Indeed, every book of him is a greatness. But it is only after I started editing the Coppermind that I realized the earliest Sanderson book I have read is Alcatraz versus the evil librarian. It seems that I have a much longer relationship with him than I even knew.

Art and Beauty

On my "List of Greatest art works", Brandon Sanderson is the only creator I feel deserved to put there, (truely) by the Law of Pure Awesomeness. However, he gets only the second place on the list, for the first place belongs to The Three-Body Problem trilogy with such beauty not seen anywhere else. These two names stands above the clouds on the peak of beauty, looming over all other creations I have seen.

Quotes

Quotes that I like, not quotes said by me.

My favorite [natural law] is known as the Law of Pure Awesomeness. This law simply states that any book I write is awesome. I'm sorry, but it's a fact. Who am I to argue with science?

— Brandon Sanderson

The universe is a dark forest. Every civilization is an armed hunter stalking through the trees like a ghost, gently pushing aside branches that block the path and trying to tread without sound.

It is only with the heart that one can see rightly. What is essential is invisible to the eyes.

Why must I carry the madness of them all?
