Seasons of Regret is a historical drama hion viewer program. Episodes are broadcast in the evening. The show is set in an "old fashioned" time period, approximately one hundred years prior to the battle of Kilahito.[1] The program features Sir Ashinata and Lady Hinobi, a couple who fall in love but are forbidden to be together due to Ashinata's status as ronin.[2] After sharing a kiss in a feigned final episode, Ashinata announced that he would have to leave forever, due to a threat set in motion by his dead, evil brother. He returned to Hinobi in a surprise finale episode.[3]
Seasons of Regret is Yumi's favorite program,[2] and Nikaro considers it one of the best as well.[4] The pair misses the surprise final episode, but Izzy updates them on what happened.[3] Some members of the Dreamwatch are watching Seasons of Regret when Nikaro visits their headquarters in Kilahito, to warn them of the approaching army of stable nightmares.[5]
