Template:SkaaInfobox Mare was a tineye from Scadrial and a member of Kelsier's crew.
She was Kelsier's late wife and collected pre-Ascension artefacts, including a picture of a flower.[1] She introduced Sazed to Kelsier, and followed the pre-ascension religion of Larstaism.[2] She wished for children.[citation needed]
She was suspected of betraying Kelsier when his crew infiltrated Kredik Shaw a number of years before the plot of Mistborn: The Final Empire.[citation needed] It is discovered later that the Lord Ruler was able to pierce the crew's smoker coppercloud and was able to sense Mare burning tin.[3]
She died in the Pits of Hathsin after being caught in Kredik Shaw. This event triggered Kelsier's snapping, and he escaped the Pits soon after.[citation needed]
