Lord Shewrman is an infamously bad party guest in Elendel.[1]
Shewrman is a stocky man with long hair.[1] He is a bore when sober, but he is usually a drunken buffoon. He is the least-likable person in the upper-society of Elendel, according to Lady Steris Harms.
He attends the Yomen-Ostlin wedding dinner; his invitation was intended to be seen as an insult to those who did not receive one.[1]
