Lessie is a lawman in the Roughs of Scadrial.[1] She works with Wax in the Roughs. They are a couple.
History
Wax first encountered Lessie at The Weeping Bull where she was disguised as dancer. He remarks later during their second encounter that she was very uncoordinated and wore a pink garter. [2] Wax formally met her while hunting Granite Joe. She claimed to be hunting him as well but was actually in Granite Joe's employ. She turns on Joe and shoots him in the neck when Wax wins her over by saying "I still think your legs are pretty." [2]

Wax attempts to shoot Bloody Tan who is using Lessie as a human shield but he pulls Lessie into the the path of Wax's bullet, killing her.[1]
Unbeknownst to Wax, Lessie is actually a kandra by the name of Paalm, who is there on Harmony's orders to protect Wax.
