Pielle Fromed is the leader of the opposition in the Bilming Council on Scadrial. He dresses professionally and is mostly bald with a few patches of hair.[1]
Besides being the opposition leader in Bilming, Pielle also filled the role of local advisor to the Elendel Senate before being kidnapped by the Set and kept in captivity along with certain other political dissidents.[1] He was extremely grateful when Marasi Colms, Moonlight, and TwinSoul discovered the group in the caverns below Bilming, as the Set had been performing experiments with Hemalurgy on the captives.[2][1]
