Truth-Is-Waiting displays a coldness and flagrant disregard of the suffering of others. Though he seems to consider it wrong to bring destruction upon the people of Canticle simply for being in the wrong place at the wrong time, especially given their shared Threnodite heritage, it is not a strongly held belief.
