Mare

Template:SkaaInfobox Mare is a tineye from Scadrial and a member of Kelsier's crew.

She is Kelsier's late wife and collected pre-Ascension artefacts, including a picture of a flower.^{[citation needed]} She introduced Sazed to Kelsier, and followed the Lastra religion.^{[citation needed]} She wished for children.^{[citation needed]}

She was suspected of betraying Kelsier when his crew infiltrated Kredik Shaw a number of years before the plot of Mistborn: The Final Empire.^{[citation needed]} It is discovered later that the Lord Ruler was able to pierce the crew's smoker coppercloud and was able to sense Mare burning tin.

She died in the Pits of Hathsin after being caught in Kredik Shaw.^{[citation needed]} This event triggered Kelsier's breaking, and he escaped the Pits soon after.^{[citation needed]}
