Mare's flower was a worn picture of a bell-shaped flower given to Kelsier by his wife Mare.

The Final Empire had no flowers, due to the changes in the ecosystem caused by the transformations when the Lord Ruler used the power at the Well of Ascension.

Usage

It's introduced by Kelsier in Mistborn: The Final Empire.

...

Sazed leaves a note on its back which Spook finds in one of Sazed's metalmind-books.[1]

Sazed uses the picture of the flower as a model for the flowers he creates when he restores Scadrial to much of its former state.
