The major of Gongsha Town is a pudgy, balding man.[2][3] When scholars from the Institute of Mechanical Solutions arrived in his town, he greeted them with deepest respect.[2] During the battle of Kilahito, the mayor is the first Torish person that Nikaro chooses to paint, after Liyun.[3]
