Fadrex City was a major trade hub in the Western Dominance of the Final Empire.
After the Collapse, Ashweather Cett made it the capital of the Dominance, as the city's natural rock formations made it much more defensible than the more distant, original capital of the Western Dominance, Tremredare.
Fadrex contains one of the Lord Ruler's supply caches. The city was besieged by Elend Venture for the cache.
