Tarson was a koloss-blooded pewter Misting on Scadrial.[citation needed]
He was second in command of the Vanishers, under Miles Dagouter - he was described by Miles as being one of the only truly faithful men in the Vanishers to their cause. He played a large role in the kidnapping of Marasi and Steris at the Yomen-Ostlin wedding dinner, almost leaving with Marasi until he was shot in the arm by Waxillium Ladrian.
