Bleaker is a resident of Elendel on Scadrial to whom Allriandre Durkel owes money. Bleaker sent people to collect a payment from Allriandre each month on the week after she had received her monthly stipend from Wayne. When Call and Garisel Daring visited her to talk about Wayne's testament he had on file with Call and Son and Daughters Accounting and Estate, Allriandre thought at first that they were Bleaker's new collection men.[1]
