Schrib Welfor is a Bilming-born author of a novel called The Man Who Electrified Time on Scadrial. He put an advert on the front page of The Two Seasons volume 32, number 247. That was published on Marewill 19, 348. Saying that it is available in all fine bookstores.[1]
