Theopolis was a fort tax collector. He possesses a smooth voice and a clean-shaven face, his gangly frame is adorned commonly in clean simple clothing. He is a dangerous unscrupulous man who covets after Silence Montane's waystop. He finally meets his demise at the hands of Silence's grandmother.
