: My opinion is no. Daysider and Daysider are odd terms... They're not nationalities (in which case you can only be one or the other), but they're not ethnicities either (which I think is what your question leans toward). My logic on their use is that they describe the person's cultural background. And I think Kenton isn100% Daysider, culturally speaking. - [[User:Jofwu|Jofwu]] ([[User talk:Jofwu|talk]]) 22:37, 13 December 2016 (MST) |

Ethnicity[edit]
Should Kenton be in both the Daysider and Darksider categories, since he is ethnically mixed? --BeskarKomrk (talk) 14:50, 13 December 2016 (MST)
- My opinion is no. - Jofwu (talk) 22:37, 13 December 2016 (MST)
- Ah, I see that you were indeed using the terms for ethnicity. Didn't notice that before. So maybe we need to have a discussion about what those terms mean... 17th Shard forums are probably better for that. I believe ethnicity involves racial AND social identity. Having a Dakrsider mother isn't enough to make him ethnically Darksider, I think. - Jofwu (talk) 22:46, 13 December 2016 (MST)
