Theopolis was a fort tax collector and a loan shark.
Appearance
He possesses a smooth voice and a clean-shaven face. His gangly frame is adorned commonly in clean simple clothing, with no markings of his station. He has a patronizing smile.
Personality
He is a dangerous unscrupulous man who covets after Silence Montane's waystop. Silence does not want anybody to know that she is the bounty hunter White Fox, so she gives the criminal's body to Theopolis and he uses his connections in Lastport, to quietly get the bounty. He keeps half the bounty money and gives the rest back to Silence. He is skilled at this due to his vast knowledge of places to hide things. He finally meets his demise at the hands of Silence's grandmother.[1]
