This template formats text in the format that the books use for the way the Stormfather and others, such as Cultivation, use when they speak.
For example; {{small caps|The Oathpact was shattered.}} produces; The Oathpact was shattered.
This should be used when including a quote on a page that had this formatting in the books. When doing so you must include the name/number of each parameter. So
