Delius is the Lord Admiral within the Taisha on Taldain.

Personality and Appearance

Delius has brown hair and tends to dress well, due to his position. He is almost constantly drunk, and lives by two beliefs: That wine is the best companion a man could ask for, and that the Lord Merchant represents all that is evil and vile on Taldain.

History

Aarik implies that he has had the position of Lord Admiral for a long time.
