The Tears of Edgli are a plant found in the valley jungle of Hallandren on Nalthis. They produce dyes that hold fast in any cloth. Other dyes do not work nearly as well, making the plants highly desirable.
Relation to Endowment
The Tears of Edgli are related to Endowment.[1] This is not surprising, on account of the fact that they grow in one place only and are very useful for powering Awakening.
The Manywar
One of the causes of the Manywar was the Tears of Edgli.[2]
