Ked works for Brightlord Paladar in the bunker in Revolar[1]
He is in charge of organizing the guards in Paladar's tents and responsible for placing Guff on guard duty. After Guff brought Moash to see the Brightlord and Moash did not respond to questioning, Paladar had Guff beaten and ordered Ked to replace him. Paladar threatened to beat Ked also, if he did not replace Guff with a competent guard.[1]
It is unclear if Ked is a guard himself, or just in charge of their organization.[1]
