Conrad is a lieutenant in the Luthadel Garrison.

History

He is sent by Penrod to ask Elend for more troops during the Siege of Fadrex City.[1] Elend agrees to send about three hundred men back with him.[2]

Trivia

He is a cameo of one of Brandon's college friends Ryan Dreher, and he is described as long-limbed and lanky, an in-joke between them.[3]
