Bitterleaf is a medicine given for epilepsy.[1]
Chewing bitterleaf is believed to reduce the jerking and uncontrollable motion associated with epileptic seizures. It is unknown if it is helpful in treating other sorts of seizures.
Brightlord Renarin Kholin was prescribed bitterleaf to chew for his seizures, but he did not believe that it helped much in treating them.
