Blushdip red is a dye extracted from a species of snail native to Chakath in the Western Dominance of Scadrial during the Final Empire.[1] It is presumably used to dye wool, which is a major export of Chakath.[1]
Trivia[edit]
- The name and method of production share some similarities to a real-life dye made from sea snails known as Tyrian purple.[1][2]
