Ardent Kabsal, a member of the Ghostbloods, tried to assassinate Jasnah Kholin with the backbreaker powder, but Jasnah was able to avoid ingesting the poison with her Soulcasting abilities. Kabsal's plan went awry, and instead of Jasnah, he poisoned himself and Shallan Davar. Jasnah saved Shallan, but Kabsal died.Cite error: Invalid <ref> tag; refs with no name must have content
