Compassion's grandsons are Threnodites living in Beacon at the end of the Cinder King's rule. Their grandmother, Compassion, is the eldest member of the Greater Good, Beacon's ruling council. They are present when Zellion gains entry to the Scadrian research facility and bring a chair for Compassion to sit on.[1]
