Zoba is a checkout and a member of ICON They are Latinx, and have a streak of purple in their hair. Zoba’s family was displaced by a flood. Zoba is part of the fire team that kidnaps Holly, and argues in favor of keeping Holly alive. They are a primary recruiter for ICON, and are very charismatic.[1]
When Holly is captured, she calls Zoba “outside man” in her head.
