Talenel

Talenel, nicknamed Taln, and called Talenlat in the Vorin religion is one of the Ten Herald of the Almighty.

Talenel is the only Herald to die in the Last Desolation, he is abandoned by the other Heralds when they choose to walk away rather then return the place of torment that they are trapped in between Desolations. At the end of the Way of Kings he appears at the gates of Kholinar dazed and confused, warning of a new Desolation,and promptly collapses.
