Shubreth-son-Mashalan is a historical conqueror on Roshar.
A young Gavilar references their rule along with the Sunmaker, and the Hierocracy, as examples of overstretching resources leading to collapse of empires soon after they're built.[1] Shubreth was likely a leader of Shinovar during the Shin invasions.[2]
