Obrodai is a Shardworld in the Cosmere.

The Shard -- or Shards -- who have claimed Obrodai are beginning to manifest an "avatar of [their] being" on Obrodai, an unknown female entity who has been instilled with a great dislike of Hoid in order to prevent his returning there.

It is, possibly, a water-based environment, although the Vessel who spoke of "waters" with regards to Obrodai may have used the term figuratively, meaning "domain."
