Kabsal is an ardent belonging[clarification needed] to Taravangian in Kharbranth on Roshar.
He has a narrow face, shaven head, and a short squared beard. He has blue eyes. He is tall, lean, and "rather handsome"[1]
He befriends Shallan Davar there in order to get to her mentor Jasnah Kholin, later trying to poison her but instead poisons Shallan by accident.[2] He is a member of the Ghostbloods.[3]
