Doesn't matter how good the lock is, Jerono, if the cuffs are loose.

—Dieno enne Calah[1]

Jerono is an officer in a Herdazian army on Roshar.[1]

He was present when his general, Dieno enne Calah, interrogated Sheler near the border of Herdaz and Alethkar. Dieno had a hobby of escaping from manacles while his officers made bets on how long it would take him to escape. Jerono provided some supposedly high-quality manacles of Thaylen design, but Dieno quickly escaped anyway, surprising Jerono.[1]
