Ilamar was the cavalrylord for Highprince Dalinar Kholin's army.[2]

Ilamar was an Alethi man,[2] however his dark hair had a few red patches, implying some Veden or Unkalaki heritage as well.[3] He also wore a long red mustache.[2] Ilamar had a squat but compact frame.

He died during the Battle of the Tower.[1]
