Glurv is a deserter from the Alethi armies during the War of Reckoning.[1] He is short and overweight, with a swollen face, as if it were trying to burst through it's skin.[2]
At some point in his life, Glurv fought against the Parshendi on the Shattered Plains, but eventually decided to desert the army.[1] Glurv joined a band of deserters in the Frostlands which were lead by Vathah.[3] He was convinced to help defend Macob's caravan by Brightness Shallan Davar.
