She is Janala Lustow's handmaiden, and during Adolin's date with Janala, she waits with Tibon and Marks--two members of the Cobalt Guard--while Adolin and Janala are inside the tent of the leatherworkers Yis and Avaran.
When Janala and Adolin exit the tent, Falksi is annoyed that there was a lack of a proper palanquin for Janala.
