Beldre is a half-skaa and half-noble[1] Coinshot[2] from Urteau on Scadrial.
Her brother is Quellion. She has deep auburn hair, green eyes[3] and is described by Spook as being able to wear a skaa dress with "striking elegance".[4]
When Spook first causes a scene during one of Quellion's speeches, she uses her Allomancy to stop him from killing one of the guards with a sword, although Spook assumes that Quellion is the Coinshot.[3]
She later reveals herself as a Coinshot when defending her brother from Spook's Ruin-influenced attempt at murder.[2]
She has a relationship with Spook after the Catacendre.[5]
