The Tranquiline Halls were the highest, most glorified tier of the universe according to Vorinism. Below the Tranquiline Halls were Roshar and Damnation.[1]
The Tranquiline Halls were said to be the original homes of the humans on Roshar before the Voidbringers attacked and threw them from there down to Roshar -- the Expulsion. According to Vorinism humans using skills gained by following their Callings in life will fight the Voidbringers and regain glory in the Tranquiline Halls.
