Aratin Khal is the second son of General Khal and Teshav.[1] As Kelerand, a swordsmaster and ardent, is fetching Dalinar a dueling partner, Dalinar becomes restless and suggests a wrestling match with Aratin. He agrees, though warns Dalinar that he hasn't lost a match in months. Aratin manages to pin Dalinar, and wins.
