Who did Rock meet at Cultivation's Perpendicularity?[edit]
The features rock mentions: sharp face, alethi, but with lighter skin, white hair are almost like Hoid's. Sigzil's concerned face might also indicate that it was Hoid. However...
The white hair isn't indicative of Hoid. And Kaladin had already delivered Hoid's message to Sigzil; Sigzil would already know Hoid made it to Roshar (or out of Roshar).

- Hey there, welcome to the Coppermind! I assume this would be about the fact that Hoid's page links him to Lunu'anaki? Hoid does, in fact, have white hair (see wob:15174). Beyond that, Rock also says Lunu'anaki is very powerful, a "god of travel and mischief," and is incapable of hurting mortals, all of which is very consistent with Hoid. And while Sigzil had already received Hoid's message, I don't think that precludes him from being caught off guard when one of his friends just casually mentions that time Hoid showed up out of a pool, mocked his beard and name, and asked what year it was. Hi there! I wanted to just put a quick comment on your talk page. When I hit "Rollback" on multiple edits, I don't have the option to put in a comment.
I just wanted to say that in RoW 113, Szeth kills Taravangian, but Taravangian is the one who kills Rayse. There's a lot happening in that chapter, so I can understand the misconception!
