Through unknown means, Adonalsium was split into the sixteen [[Shard]]s of Adonalsium, in an event called the [[Shattering]]. Hoid was present,{{wob ref|6470}} and due to Hoid being from Yolen, it is thought that this event occurred on Yolen. This Shattering happened intentionally,{{wob ref|4438}} and occurred all at once.{{wob ref|1292}}
